Dr. Lindsey Sandau-Tomlin, PT, DPT

Dr. Lindsey Sandau-Tomlin received her Bachelor in Science in Exercise Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2007. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2010. After graduation, Lindsey worked at a small critical access hospital in Iowa, providing care in inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, and home health settings. She then worked in Omaha where she split her time between two clinics, including a Pelvic Health clinic and a clinic specializing in post amputation care & prosthetic training. Lindsey and her husband relocated to Colorado in 2014 where she worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on Women’s & Pelvic Health. Lindsey has been back in Nebraska since 2022. She currently specializes in Pregnancy, Postpartum Therapy and Pelvic Health Therapy –including constipation, urinary leakage, and pelvic pain. In 2015, Lindsey received her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP- Pelvic) through the Section on Women’s Health. Lindsey has taken specialty courses in Obstetrics and Labor & Delivery, as well as courses through the Institute of Physical Art. In 2023, she began coursework through The Postural Restoration Institute. Lindsey completed training as a Certified Lactation Counselor in 2018. She received her Level 1 certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling through KinetaCore in 2016. Lindsey has provided in-services to women’s groups, yoga studios, and other medical facilities on the importance of, and need for, women’s health and pelvic physical therapy.
